Main Event Saturday August 15

In a nutshell, we are having an epic dinner event Saturday August 15 under a tent, 6 P.M. This will be followed by Master Tales-man Odds Bodkin regaling us with two dramatic stories from Homer's Odyssey- "The Lotus Eaters" and "The Cave of the Cyclops, Polyphemus"

Much later there may be a tour of the night sky by amateur astronomer and exaggerator Steve. This time the moon is out of the way! The Perseid meteors will have peaked a few days before the party but Jupiter will be at opposition so we will haul out the telescope.

We are expecting 50-70 guests ranging in age from 2-86!
